Mindfulness is the topic of "Hokusai Says," a poem by Roger Keyes. Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849) was a Japanese artist who created more than 30,000 paintings, prints, and sketches. The print in this video, "The Great Wave off Kanagawa," is his most iconic image.

Just a bumblebee living its best life one plant at a time, buzzing, bumbling, and working hard. Pure pollination vibes.
